Our accommodation is run in a family-friendly manner and offers a simple atmosphere and a recently renovated environment. We are located on the top floor of an elegant historic building with an elevator. Some of our rooms offer a panoramic view of Florence and the surrounding areas, perfect for taking impressive photos! We will provide our guests with free WiFi, air conditioning, unrestricted access to the premises, and rooms with a TV and balcony. Check-ins will be conducted at Hotel Fiorita, located right in front of Soggiorno, at 20 Via Fiume.

Our Guesthouse is located in the Santa Maria Novella area, in the heart of the authentic Florentine culture. In addition, all the major artistic attractions of Florence, such as the Duomo, the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, are in the immediate vicinity and therefore easily reachable on foot. In our area there is a wide choice of typical Tuscan restaurants and trattorias, suitable for every taste. Our Guesthouse is a few meters from the Santa Maria Novella station, in a convinient position whether you arrive at our Guesthouse by train, bus or plane thanks to Tramvia which connects Florence Airport and Santa Maria Novella Station.
